Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Certain items (personal use items, clearance products) may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds for online payments will be issued to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
